This device warranty is 13 months. If the problem is caused by the user's wrong operation or natural force majure, we will only be responsible for the maintenance and charge the appropriate material cost. When the device has problem, please contact us immediately. On-site maintenance of faulty device should be operated by professional technician to avoid caus-ing more damage to the equipment.
Note: For users who disassemble and repair equipment wihtout our authorization, our company will not offer free warranty.Reasonable maintenance and materials costs will be collected.
Q1:Can I have a sample order? What is your MOQ?
A1:Sample order is welcome to test and check quality. We don't MOQ, 1pcs sample is available. Also Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2: What's the Lead time?
A2: The normal lead time is about 1week, For big quantity and special products. Please check lead time with our sales representative. But we keep stock for some products, could ship 1-3 days after receiving payment.
